To participate in the conference, please pick up your conference materials (including your name badge/lanyard and conference bag). To expedite the process, please follow the steps below:

Find out and provide your Registration number: Inform the registration staff of your registration number. Click the Registration Directory link to find out your registration number. Registration Directory.

Hotel reservation link is available until June 24. The organizing committee has requested to add more TWIN rooms available for delegates. If you want to book the twin room for 7/5~7/8, please try to reserve the room from June 16. The reservation link will be closed on June 25.

Decision Notification / Submission of Final version
Thank you for submitting your work to APTA 2026 Conference.
The review process has been completed, and you have already been informed of the review decision. You can access the detailed review comments through the CMT submission system. We kindly ask you to carefully review the feedback provided by the reviewers and revise your paper accordingly.
Please submit your final, revised version through the submission system no later than May 1st, 2026 (The final submission has been now activated). In addition, for authors who want to be considered for the Best Paper Award, please note that you are required to submit BOTH - a Full-Paper and a three-page abstract. Both documents must be submitted by the same deadline.
